A maternity photoshoot with Kate Priest Photography is calm, flexible, and centred around you. Most sessions last around 60–90 minutes, giving plenty of time to enjoy the beach, relax, and capture a mixture of posed and natural images.
You don’t need to worry about how to pose my experience as a Sussex maternity photographer means I know how to capture flattering, natural moments effortlessly. From walking along the shore to quiet, reflective shots, every image is created with care and intention.

For the most flattering results, maternity sessions are best scheduled between 28–36 weeks of pregnancy. This window allows your bump to be beautifully visible while you are still comfortable moving around.
Sunset times vary throughout the year, so planning in advance is essential. Booking early ensures we can schedule your session during the ideal light along the Sussex coast, and it also provides flexibility if we need to reschedule for weather conditions.
